PHASE PRIOR TO THE APPLICATION

This phase was carried out prior to the request of this project, and was a continuation of the work developed since 2017 in the previous Erasmus Plus project for the implementation of innovative methodologies for adult education. All the shared work served us as a great base of analysis and experience to establish the logical framework and objectives of this new project; for more than 9 months we have been implementing various processes necessary for the creation of this new initiative, especially:

PROCESS 1: PARTICIPATORY DIAGNOSIS AND DEFINITION OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT: an exhaustive study of the needs and characteristics of adult education that will include the definition of the situation of exclusion of the beneficiary groups.

PROCESS 2: SYNTHETIC ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE: in this process, once the objective needs of the users and the European regulations were defined, the process tree was generated using Gantt diagrams and the logical framework matrix specifying the activities, tasks, and responsibilities that constitute each level.

PROCESS 3: DRAFTING OF THE FORM AND PREPARATION OF PREVIOUS DOCUMENTATION (MANDATES AND PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS): this process included the various procedures necessary at the administrative level to open the project officially and agree on the general conditions for participation.
