DISSEMINATION PHASE

The dissemination of the project and its results has provided added value to the project. Therefore, all partner entities have developed activities and dissemination mechanisms throughout the project that have not only allowed us to achieve the dissemination of the results of the project before 118 entities of 30 countries, but also to raise awareness about the importance of social inclusion and maximize the impact of the project,  sharing innovative educational solutions, knowledge and methodologies and involving stakeholders and direct beneficiaries of the results.

The main activities carried out have been:

– Design the visual image of the project and visibility and dissemination materials.

– Campaign of visibility and disseminationn in social networks.

– Multiplier events.

– Creation of a web platform of the project in which we show all the activities and results.

– Use of the results platform of the Erasmus plus programme.

– Participation in a international congress of educational innovation.

– Dissemination through newspaper articles.

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS

EDULEARN23

EDULEARN23 is the 15th International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies.

EDULEARN has been running for 15 years and is a renowned global educational conference which allows lecturers, researchers, technologists, and professionals from the educational sector to share their expertise about teaching and learning methodologies and to present their projects. This Conference provides an ideal opportunity for international strategic networking and is without a doubt the best place to present your projects and innovations regarding education and technology.

Is a globally known event and every year it brings together more than 800 delegates from 80 different countries.

All the approved contributions will be included in the IATED Digital Library to form part of our database of innovative projects in Education and Technology. This publication will be submitted for evaluation for its inclusion in the Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index).

EDULEARN23 will provide us the opportunity to:

  • Disseminate the results to more than 800 international entities.
  • Network with other educational experts and technologists from social entities, universities and companies, as well as private and public educational institutions and research centers.
  • Establish new contacts with educational and social entities.
  • Gain insight into the latest innovative knowledge from the conference sessions and dialogues.

MULTIPLIER EVENTS

E1 – MULTIPLIER EVENT – SPAIN

On February 27, 2023 Redtree Making Project held a multiplier event to disseminate the results of the Erasmus Plus project “LEARNING HELPING: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF ADULT PERSONS THROUGH VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING” in Valencia. This event, attended by dozens of managers and members of associations, as well as beneficiaries of the results, was a great opportunity to publicize the advantages offered by the results created in the project, as well as the Erasmus Plus programme.

The main profiles of multiplying agents involved in the event were:

  • Political leaders. This event was attended by officials from the government sub-delegation, from external relations of the GVA, from the Department of Security and Citizen Protection, from the Department of Social Services and the Department of Equality of the Valencia City Council.
  • Hate crime prosecutors experts in inclusion.
  • Professors and teachers from the University of Valencia and from different educational centers for adult training.
  • Members of the media such as journalists from El Levante and Á punt.
  • Members of the Youth Council.
  • Members of organizations such as CEAR (Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), the Capp Foundation, the Antonio Camaro Foundation, Human Appeal, the Annur Women’s Association, Espai Obert, the Intered Foundation, etc.

Finally, it should be added that the participants showed great interest in the results of the project and in the implementation of the proposed methodology, as well as highly valued both the effort and the work carried out by the partner entities of the project.

E2 – MULTIPLIER EVENT – GREECE

On February 22, 2023, the entity Lesvos solidarity, partner of the Erasmus Plus project “LEARNING HELPING: INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF ADULT PERSONS THROUGH VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING” CARRIED OUT A LARGE MULTIPLIER EVENT IN Lesvos, in which it disseminated the results created in the project to dozens of members of social entities and beneficiaries of the results. It was a great opportunity to disseminate the results, especially the VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERING LAB, as it is generating a very positive impact for the beneficiaries of the project.

The Multiplier Event had a great direct impact on the beneficiary groups of the project (migrants, refugees, adult trainers and volunteers who work with them), since dozens of key multipliers both from Greece and at the European level have attended.
Finally, it should be added that the participants showed great interest in the results of the project and in the implementation of the proposed methodology, as well as highly valued both the effort and the work carried out by the partner entities of the project.
